Crystal bowl sound healing is a deeply transformational experience as the sound of the crystal bowls resonates through you on a cellular level. Crystal Bowl Sound Healing is often used at the beginning and the end of a relaxing mindful guided meditation.

The Quartz crystal bowls are tuned to the chakra frequencies gently guiding the realignment of the skeletal and energy system of the human body

Dance NZ is hosting a combination of Dance followed by total relaxation in a Crystal Bowl Sound Journey

On the 31st of July, this event features a Nia Technique blue belt teacher from Whangarei and a Crystal bowl sound healer from Auckland.
