Never Danced before?

Self-care in rehabilitation after surgery or illness?

Every Tuesday at 11:15 am during School terms I offer Nia Dance Move to Heal

It is a Gentle movement class choreographed to worldly music.

The Nia technique encourages expressions of uniqueness by allowing dancers to adjust and modify the movement, dancing in “Your Body’s way”

There is no expectation to follow the guided movements, it’s all about creating ease, relaxation, and pleasure.

Nia Dance Move to Heal is designed for seniors 65+, those with Limited Mobility and Beginners

As a licensed Nia Dance teacher this class is lead by Belinda Goodwin a Waikato Strong and Stable class leader. For more Waikato Strength and Balance classes open this link in a new tab here https://www.waikatodhb.health.nz/your-health/wellbeing-in-the-waikato/strength-and-balance-for-65-plus/
