Many people have different reasons for practicing Nia Dance, however no matter your goals or reasons, the Nia Technique is perfect for everyone.</p>

<p id="viewer-866ma">Belinda Goodwin will be your teacher in the <strong>Nia With Belinda</strong> classes, all of which are located in either Hamilton or Raglan. Alternatively, you can also access and participate in class via online, live <a rel="noreferrer noopener" href="https://zoom.us/" target="_blank"><u>Zoom</u></a> sessions if you, for any reason, can&#8217;t make physical classes or prefer to join in at home.</p>

<p id="viewer-866ma">Belinda is not only fully certified to teach <strong>Nia Dance</strong> through the completion of her white, green, and blue belts in the <strong>Nia Technique</strong>, but she is also currently finishing her brown belt training. Brown belt training focuses on retouching all the knowledge studied in white, green, and blue belt training, as well as learning mindfulness procedures and the fundamentals of the Art of Perception.</p>

<p id="viewer-660kc">The great thing about Nia Dance is that nearly anyone can participate and feel the benefits. Whether you&#8217;re a stay-at-home parent, recovering from surgery, leading an active lifestyle, or a not-so-active one, Nia Dance can accommodate!</p>

<p id="viewer-4o7sa">Dance With Belinda has a variety of classes to choose which can allow you to feel comfortable in taking part. There&#8217;s no requirement on mobility, activeness, or experience, and nearly all ages can participate. If you have a good range of mobility, Classic Nia is perfect for all individuals. If you&#8217;re recovering from an illness or injury, Nia Dance Move to Heal is a class specialising in healing those particular ailments and is more accommodating to limited movement. Nia for Parkinson&#8217;s Freedom Dance is another class available designed for those with Parkinson&#8217;s Disease and their caregivers.</p>

<p id="viewer-eh4bf">Every Nia With Belinda class has the option of booking a <a href="https://zoom.us/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><u>Zoom</u></a> lesson rather than a physical one. Every Zoom session occurs live, meaning that while you&#8217;re watching at home, the physical class is happening at the same time. This allows you to maintain the same connection as if you were there in person.</p>
