Nia Dance Move to Heal is an approved Waikato Strength and balance class and Your leader Belinda is an award-winning certified Parkinsins Dance teacher, Wheelchairs and Walkers are Welcome

The doors are open from 11 am. We begin with a social cuppa, and dancing begins at 11:30 am.

Payments can be made in installments, with the second installment Due in April.

With joyful music and easy-to-follow choreography, Belinda gives the option to dance seated or standing. We are a welcoming group and would love to have you join us.
