Nia Dance Move to Heal is an approved Waikato Strength and Balance Class for older adults and those with limited Mobility.

499 Grantham Street at The Waikato Sports Fishing Club Building Hamilton

Parking is directly outside the building, or in the large public carpark below on Grantham Street.

The doors are open from 10:45 am onward. We begin with a social cuppa and dancing begins at 11:15 am.

With joyful music and easy-to-follow choreography, Belinda gives the option to dance seated or standing. We are a welcoming group and would love to have you join us.

For your ease and comfort, our class numbers are limited to 15.

At the start of each Term, there is a TERM PASS option for this class

A Term pass gives you a guaranteed booking for the entire term, If you are unable to attend the class you can rebook 24hr before the class starts or you will automatically be sent the 24-hour Replay on the day after your missed class
