Description
Classic Nia Raglan is for every Body, with movement encouraged in your body way.
It is a choreographed dance to beautiful worldly music, giving sequenced movements to enhance body awareness and brain function
Booking is recommended, for the comfort and ease of dancers, the class is limited to 15 participants. Available In Person and Live on Zoom
All bookings receive a 24-hour Replay of the class
This class is at the Old Art School 5 Stewart Street Raglan around the back in the Creative Space room.
