Nia Dance Move to Heal is an approved Waikato Strength and Balance Class for older adults and those with limited Mobility.

Parking is directly outside the building, or in the large public carpark below on Grantham Street.
The doors are open from 10:45 am onward. We begin with a social cuppa and dancing begins at 11:15 am.

With joyful music and easy-to-follow choreography, Belinda gives the option to dance seated or standing. We are a welcoming group and would love to have you join us.
