Belinda provides beautiful, diverse music and choreographed movements suitable for everybody. You will need a bottle of water and a yoga mat for our warm-down dancing stretches on the floor or a chair option is provided

If you cannot attend a class, you will still receive our class replay of the class you missed, or you can REBOOK for any other Nia class with Belinda this term.
