Classic Nia Dance for everyBody, led by licensed Nia Technique teacher Belinda Goodwin.

At the beautiful setting Waikato Sports Fishing Club, it’s like dancing on a riverboat, looking out over the river during the summer months.

In the winter we use the front bi-fold windows as mirrors to enhance our view of ourselves while we dance.
