Classic Nia Dance for everybody, led by licensed Nia Technique teacher Belinda Goodwin.

At the beautiful setting Waikato Sports Fishing Club, it’s like dancing on a riverboat, looking out over the river during the summer months.

In the winter we use the front bi-fold windows as mirrors to enhance our view of ourselves while we dance.

We are a welcoming group and would love to have you join us.

Please bring a yoga mat and a bottle of water.

Parking can be found directly outside the building, or in the large free public carpark directly below the building on Grantham street.

If you are not able to attend your class, you will still be sent the 24hr Replay of the class you missed. This is sent to you after the class has finished and is available to view as many times you like for 24hrs
