💻 Online Move to Heal (Nia for EOPD)

Approved by Parkinson’s New Zealand, this gentle online class is open to all and designed to help you reconnect with your body through music, rhythm, and healing movement.

Replays for this class are FREE to all participants. Class Fee is $20 or PD persons $10
