I am feeling so blessed to be integrating this body and mind learning into preparing for my Nia Dance Classes

Nia Dance with Belinda New Weekly schedules is as follows

I was so thrilled to be awarded my White belt for a second time! 
The first time was with Stephanie DeMay from Christchurch NZ as a Producer back in 2018 with the Founder of Nia Debbie Rosas as our Trainer
This time in Wellington last week was with Allison Whitton as a producer and Stephanie DeMay and Sophie Marsh as our Trainers !!
Congratulations Steph it felt so awesome to see you receive your Trainers belt

Class replays are included in the Term pass price and for Casual attenDance

Alternatively you may choose to Just Turn up!! No booking required at a Casual fee of $17 per class.

For My FREEDOM DANCE class Nia for Parkinson’s a Casual Fee is $10 per class. Caregivers pay $5
A FREEDOM DANCE Term pass is $90 and caregivers pay $50

MULTI CLASS BOOKING ARE STILL the CHEAPEST option at  www.dancenz.co.nz
