This 50-minute dance class is primarily offered standing, with a couple of cool-down stretching songs in a chair for the last five minutes. Belinda’s expertise in modifying movement for both seated and standing dancers ensures that there are always different options available to suit varying fitness levels.

You can find a level that suits you and be encouraged to dance in your body’s way. To participate, you will require at least three square meters of floor space and, for the best Zoom experience, a large-screen TV connected to your phone or laptop. An external speaker is also recommended to enjoy the full quality of the music.

Participants are invited to join a group chat with fellow dancers on Zoom ten minutes before and after the class. The session begins promptly at 11:00 a.m. NZ Standard Time. If you are late to your prepaid booking, you will receive the replay, as Belinda cannot always see who is in the waiting room after 11:00 a.m.
