<p>Nia With Belinda provides a Nia Dance class that is a part of the <a href="https://www.acc.co.nz/for-providers/treatment-recovery/" data-type="URL" data-id="https://www.acc.co.nz/for-providers/treatment-recovery/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">ACC Recovery Programs</a>, called Nia Dance Move to Heal. This specific class is targeted towards those with limited mobility, in the ACC recovery process of an injury or ailment, or are suffering from another <a href="https://www.southwesthealth.org/my-healthy-life/pain-explained-recovering-from-injury/" data-type="URL" data-id="https://www.southwesthealth.org/my-healthy-life/pain-explained-recovering-from-injury/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">health issue or pain</a>. Nia Dance Move to Heal was designed to use gentle variations of the 52 total Nia Dance movements in order to be tender on the body while still providing the same health benefits as other classes and more intense versions of these forms.</p>

You don&#8217;t even need shoes! If you&#8217;re looking for a fun form of exercise that you can complete outside of class just as easily as inside of class, Nia Dance is the ideal practice to pursue.</p>

She supplies encouragement for beginner dancers to <em>&#8220;choose to adapt and modify the movement, dancing in &#8220;your Body&#8217;s way&#8221;</em>. </p>
