The music of Nia Dance is specifically chosen based on its instruments, chords played, binaural frequencies and rhythm to provide maximum benefits to your mind and soul. <p>The dance movements of Nia Dance are 52 in total, and each is inspired by movements within the martial, healing and other dance arts. These include yoga, aikido, jazz and Tai-Kwando to name a few.
